I combine a user-centered design mindset with a pragmatic development approach to deliver complete digital experiences — from discovery to deployment. My UX process involves Design Thinking, research, usability testing, and iterative sprints to ensure real value for both users and businesses.
On the development side, I work with WordPress (custom themes or Elementor), CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and performance optimization (LCP, CLS, FCP). I also plan architecture and handoff with documentation for dev teams. I integrate SEO fundamentals, analytics (Google Tag Manager, GA), schema markup, CRM tools like HubSpot, and content workflows to support scalable and measurable outcomes.
