The Project

Projeto Personale is a company specialized in custom-made furniture. This is the second website I have developed for the brand. The first version had a good visual appearance, but it ended up attracting many curious contacts and low-conversion leads, misaligned with the actual customer profile served.

Perceived value of the project

The main challenge of this redesign was to adjust the visual positioning to communicate high standards, trust, and professionalism, without conveying the idea of an inaccessible service. In this context, the proposal was to rethink the interface to better connect with upper-middle-class audiences (B and B+), reducing low-quality contacts and increasing the efficiency of paid advertising campaigns.

Results observed with the new design:

  • Reduction of exploratory contacts outside the target hiring profile;
  • improved brand value perception;
  • better performance in Google Ads campaigns;
  • greater flexibility for layout and experience evolution.

In development, I chose a headless architecture, using WordPress as the CMS and React.js + Next.js on the front end. This decision brought important advantages:

  • Greater flexibility for the client to edit and structure pages based on components;
  • improved loading performance;
  • a structure better prepared for evolution and scalability.

Although the development time was longer compared to the previous version, the gains in performance, positioning, and lead quality clearly justified the change in architecture.
